To clean algae properly you need to use chemicals and shock your pool. Please ask your pool professional for more details on how to remove algae.

How long is the working time of the robot?
The XTROJET 320 can run up to 90 mins with a full charge.

Can I use the robot in a saltwater pool?

My robot stops in the middle of the pool or does not move. What should I do?
Please ensure there are no obstructions on the pool floor like small rocks, toys, or any object that can block the robot's path. Turn off the filtration system 15 mins before deploying the robot. If the pool floor has algae and is slimy or slippery, please remove any algae with a chemical treatment and brush the pool bottom before deploying the robot. Please check the robot head can turn freely and that the side flap is in good condition.

The swivel head rotates repeatedly.
There could be air trapped inside the robot. Submerge the robot while it is still off in the pool and gently shake it a few times to facilitate the discharge of air before switching it on (while the robot is still submerged). The swivel head may rotate repeatedly for a short time once the robot sinks to the pool bottom. This phenomenon will stop once the air trapped inside the robot is discharged and the robot will begin to move regularly.
